Recruitment Academy’s entry-level training program is an induction program specifically targeted at those with no prior recruitment experience or new consultants and covers all the key aspects that make a successful Recruitment Consultant.

At the completion of Induction Training and successful assessment, graduates receive a Certificate by Recruitment Academy and our program attracts 25 points towards the Industries Accreditation program (MRCSA).
