The Induction - 2-Day Workshop
Recruitment Academy’s intense two-day training program “The Induction” is an entry-level program designed specifically for those with no prior recruitment experience or green consultants new to the recruitment industry. It guarantees to cover all the key aspects that make a successful recruitment consultant allowing participants to return to the office ‘desk ready’ and hit the ground running.
“The Induction” is a heavily sales focused program helping new recruiters build their desk even from a standing start. The strong focus on new business development takes participants right through the full recruitment process from a sales perspective and covers business development strategies, calling clients, meeting with and presenting to clients, qualifying orders, screening and interviewing candidates, presenting candidates to clients, presenting opportunities to candidates, negotiating offers, as well as managing your time to maximise sales.
Whilst the two-day course certainly touches on the theory behind certain recruitment processes, the primary objective behind “The Induction” is to help participants focus on practical tips and strategies (reinforced through exercises and role plays) in order to ensure new recruiters are not only aware but totally comfortable with the notion and expectation of sales and new business development.
