A message from Recruitment Academy’s Head of Learning and Development

A few weeks ago, I was having a conversation with one of our clients about the importance of up-skilling when it comes to staff retention in the recruitment industry and I happened to ask her what investment her organisation placed on training and development.

I was quite surprised by her response.
